Christopher N. Harding is an entrepreneur, investor, pro-sports owner, philanthropist and art collector with a deep commitment to community impact. A proud Louisville, Kentucky native, Chris draws inspiration from his hometown hero, Muhammad Ali, whose words guide his every endeavor:
“Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”
Committed to leaving a lasting impact on his hometown, as the co-owner of Soccer Holdings, Inc.—the parent company of Racing Louisville Football Club, Louisville City Football Club, and Lynn Family Stadium—Chris envisions soccer as a unifying force for the city. The clubs aim to serve as Louisville’s cultural and social epicenter, creating moments of connection, pride and inspiration for fans and residents. Chris believes that the Lynn Family Stadium can be more than just a sports venue—it can be a beacon for community and shared experience. His goal is to firmly establish Racing Louisville FC and Louisville City FC as integral parts of the city’s identity, fostering a legacy that will endure for generations.
Chris’ commitment to making a difference extends beyond sports. In 2021, he launched Flew The Coop®, a philanthropic initiative in honor of his best friend and rescue dog, Coop. Flew The Coop® provides disaster relief for pets and supports animal rescue organizations, reflecting Chris’ lifelong passion for animals. He also serves as an Executive Board Member of the nonprofit Global Empowerment Mission, actively contributing to disaster relief efforts around the world.
With ‘making a difference’ the common thread, the majority of Chris’ business ventures are early-stage wellness and technology companies. He is the co-founder of Prüvit, a lifestyle brand that has become the global leader in exogenous ketone technology, delivering over 200 million servings of its innovative supplements and generating over $2 billion in sales. He also serves as a Partner and Board Member at Relevance Ventures and an investor and advisor to companies including Hamsa Pay, Passport Labs, Sezzle, Talkiatry and Thirteen Lune, among others.
Prior to these endeavors, Chris managed the Harding Family Office where he spearheaded commercial and residential developments, owned and operated over 100 restaurants across the globe and oversaw the growth and management of dozens of family-owned entities throughout his early business career.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris is an avid art collector, world traveler and proud global citizen. He currently resides in Puerto Rico with Danielle Sandhu and their daughter, Gisela Wilde.
